Giving up

In the SDG*Chart of Emotions the emotion scale of GIVING UP goes to the south-east direction. It consists of disappointment, disgust and exhaustion and long and weak exhale is a typical way to breathe while these emotions are dominating.

The emotion scale of GIVING UP goes as a whole the following :

  • Peace
  • Excitement
  • Disappointment
  • Antipathy
  • Disgust
  • Inability
  • Exhaustion
  • Emptiness

It´s vital that people would recognize their emotions on this line already when they start to feel strong antipathy against something. If this process reaches the state of exhaustion it may take a long time to recover.
